Translate the brief into a production plan
Line producing starts with what needs to be filmed and the constraints surrounding it. Cinema Service and Production reviews the scenes alongside dates, locations, crew structure and the available budget range. We turn that information into a local plan: resources needed, external approvals and decisions still required from the client. Production management keeps those connections visible through preparation and filming. It does not replace creative leadership; it helps establish the practical conditions in which the director, producer and departments can work.
Inputs for an initial estimate
Send the script or a description of the Uzbekistan block, a provisional schedule, the travelling crew size and location requirements. Identify departments bringing their own personnel, equipment already selected and areas needing local support. A budget range helps us discuss options relevant to the production. Also explain reporting requirements, the approval process for expenditure and the client's decision-maker. Where information is missing, the estimate should state its assumptions openly rather than burying uncertainty inside a total that appears more definite than the brief allows.
Budget and responsibility
A useful local estimate explains the scope behind each cost. We separate preparation, shooting, personnel, logistics, locations and agreed technical resources, identifying both included services and items still needing clarification. Supplier arrangements should describe the assignment, working period and how changes will be approved. Before resources are committed, the producer needs to know what is authorised and what remains under discussion. Rates and totals are calculated for the actual production. There is no universal package on this page that can accurately cover every film or commercial shoot.
Preparation and dependencies
Once the plan is agreed, we connect the availability of locations, personnel and transport with the production calendar. Preparation may involve scouts, technical meetings, fittings or unit-base arrangements, depending on the brief. Moving one element can affect the rest: a location change alters travel, while a night scene influences the following day's organisation. New requests therefore need an assessment of time and cost before a decision is taken. This makes the consequences visible before changes become commitments to suppliers or crew.
Filming and local wrap
During filming, local production coordination supports the agreed schedule, communication between departments and relationships with suppliers. Departures from the plan should be described clearly: what changed, which options exist and whose approval is needed. The assignment does not end simply because the travelling crew leaves. Returning agreed resources, closing location arrangements and collecting the documents specified in the contract can remain outstanding. The scope of final reporting is established in advance so the client receives the information needed to close the local block under the agreed working model.
Define the service boundaries
Our scope can include local budgeting, planning and coordination of crew, locations and suppliers. Project financing, creative producing, legal opinions and decisions by public authorities are not automatically part of that service. Special staging requirements and additional travel can change the preparation needed. Cinema Service is not an equipment rental house and has no studio of its own. Lighting, grip, film caravan, equipment and post-production can be arranged through Bayram-Film and group partners, with specification, availability and cost agreed separately.
Timing and group-team experience
Preparation is planned around the scenes and confirmed dates. Until key locations and resources have been checked, the calendar remains provisional. If time is limited, we agree priorities with the producer rather than promising the same lead time for different projects. Service questions
Can we commission an initial budget only?
Yes. A separate preparation stage can be discussed. Scene information, dates and crew size are needed, and assumptions must be visible in the estimate.
Do you support domestic producers?
Yes. Local companies may need management of a specific block, travel unit or part of the production. Responsibilities are agreed before work starts.
Is equipment rental included in the producing fee?
Not automatically. Equipment and rental are quoted separately through Bayram-Film and partners, even when one service team coordinates the arrangements.
How are script changes handled?
We assess the effect on schedule, resources and expenditure. Significant changes need approval from the responsible producer before additional commitments are confirmed.
Can you quote the final budget immediately?
A final estimate needs a defined scope and supplier confirmations. Before that, we can prepare an estimate showing its assumptions and outstanding questions.
